My client is looking for a competent, proactive and dedicated candidate to join their growing team.

  • To work with the Operations Director, General Manager and the HR Team to deliver the HR Plan through a proactive and professional HR customer service.
  • To design and distribute an integrated HR Plan that reflects the company's value's, delivers the Business Plan objectives, share best practice and has clear measurement criteria in place.
  • To implement and maintain agreed career and succession planning activities in the hotels.
  • To coach line managers in the understanding and ownership of employee relations matters.
  • To prepare and monitor HR budget, maximising resources.
  • To coach, develop and motivate the HR Officers.
  • To implement agreed recognition systems, supporting line managers in providing a work environment that motivates and rewards employees in line with People Plan.
  • To support line managers with monitoring and where necessary, addressing productivity in the hotels.
  • To participate in project based assignments aimed at supporting business strategies and practices.
  • To effectively manage the relationships with agreed external contacts, professional advisors and official bodies.
