Customer Services Advisor My client has currently got a vacancy in their prestigious showroom to manage their busy customer services department.
They are looking for a motivated, cheerful and flexible person to work as a strong team member in their busy office.
Provide a high quality customer care with up-to-date information about their vehicle, prices, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency Work as a team member to ensure the company meets its targets and goals Response to customer enquiries by telephone, fax and email Adding customers to our computer system whilst providing customers with the latest pricing Manage the booking in of vehicle services from customers Assist with the dispatch of customers orders when necessary Help and liaise with other departments where appropriate and necessary Build relationships with regular customers Maximise value and customer potential preferred skills
Excellent telephone manner Experience in a sales office environment is essential Computer literate (training will be given on our systems) Good numeracy skills Effective written and oral communication skills Flexible attitude and attention to detail with a strong emphasis on team work Willingness to learn and contribute to company growth with fresh ideas associated benefits
