Visitor Experience Manager
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Visitor Experience Manager who will be responsible to lead, develop and nurture our Visitor Experience Hosts. First impressions really do count - Leading by example you will ensure your team provides exemplary customer service and offers a warm welcome for all visitors arriving to the Aldingbourne Country Centre.
You are directly responsible for ensuring the new Quarry building is an attractive and welcoming place for visitors at all times. Continually improve the visitor experience in the gift shop, be target led & results driven and maximise every sales opportunity to meet & exceed sales targets. Have the ability & creative flair to ensure our Gift Shop is well stocked, merchandised & changes with the seasons. Create, deliver & exceed a high standard of customer service & manage complaints with appropriate resolutions.
Due to the nature of this role you will need to plan, organise and be flexible to work regular weekends, evenings and public holidays depending on the business requirements. Rotas will be agreed on a monthly rolling basis. The visitor experience is instrumental to the success of the Aldingbourne Country Centre as a social enterprise.
The contractual hours for this position is 37.5 hours per week (working 5 days from 7)
